Power to fringing! This bright tissue paper buttonhole requires
no flowers (and is a great money-saver).

Cut out three pieces of tissue paper roughly 12cmx10cm (2). Fold
each in half, then cut in the fringing using specialist scissors
(3). Roll each piece into a tassel, and attach to
a large kilt pin. Pin to a jacket.
