Hot Topic: Would You Get Temporary Plastic Surgery For Your Wedding?

You’ve heard of the kinda-bizarre “hand-lift” temporary cosmetic surgery craze, right? You know, when your hand is injected with Juvederm and lasts for nine months so your hand can look younger and smoother for engagement ring selfies? Well we’ve got that beat with the newest temporary plastic surgery that some brides-to-be could be interested in: the “Instabreast.” No, not Instagram — Instabreast.

We know what you’re thinking, and trust us, our jaws were on the floor too. But for anyone who wants a little lift for their bachelorette party, wedding day or honeymoon (without having to go under the knife), here’s how it works, according to Norman M. Rowe, MD, who developed the temporary breast boost.

“The InstaBreast procedure adds a little more volume and fullness to the breasts without having to have surgery for implants,” Dr. Rowe’s website states. “This is done by injecting a simple saline solution into the breasts, which then gets absorbed by the body and adds more volume to the breasts. The enhancement lasts approximately 24 hours before the breast return to their natural size.
Because InstaBreast is a non invasive procedure, clients can expect to go in and out of our offices in less than an hour. Typically, the procedure takes between 15 — 20 minutes to perform.”

And the price tag on the New York City-based treatment? Anywhere between $2,500 and $3,500, he says.

What do you think of the Instabreast procedure, Knotties? Too weird or actually helpful? Let us know!
